Research Objectives:

• To constitute a research mentoring committee for monitoring and further developing the research activities in the department.
• To establish R&D culture in the Department by creating research awareness among the faculty and students.
• To promote Interdisciplinary/Multidisciplinary research.
• To identify the thrust areas for research in various disciplines.
• To generate of innovative ideas and solutions to the academic and societal problems.
• To equip laboratories with relevant modern equipment, software and library resources to suit research demands.
• To identify potential collaborators from industry, research organizations, academic institutions & other stakeholder for co-operation's and synergic partnerships and dissemination of research outcomes.
• To monitor and oversee research progress, manage and optimize research resource and conduct timely review to help complete project as per schedule.
• To encourage Core Competence and Consultancy work.
• To develop, prescribe and administer rules, regulations, policies to ensure the compliance of all research quality assurance frameworks and the research code.
